EVENT REGISTRATION & PASSWORDS:

From April 2024, All FIENDISH attendees must now complete a form that indicates you agree to our rules.

When you purchase a ticket for a FIENDISH Event, you must:
  1. Read the current FIENDISH rules.
  2. Ensure you understand all of our event rules.
  3. Use the Form Link in the rules (use the Changelog or Contents Table to find the section) to indicate you agree to our rules.

If you do not follow the above steps then you will not be permitted entry to the event.

Event Registration Form:

  • This event registration form will ask you for the following details:

    • Your name (as displayed on your ticket and/or Photo ID)

    • Your e-mail address

    • The next event that you’re attending

    • Confirmation that you have read, understood and agreed to the rules.

  • Once this form has been completed, it will display a unique password.

  • You must remember this password and you will be asked for it at the door to the venue to gain access to the event, along with your ticket and ID.

  • If you have purchased multiple tickets for multiple attendees under one booking, each individual attendee must register for the event and agree to the rules.

  • You do not have to have purchased a ticket to use the form - it is completely separate from our ticket purchasing on HeadFirst.

  • You will still need to fill in the form if you pay on the door.

    • We will provide a tablet for you to do so if you do not have a smart device or available data.

Event Passwords:

  • This passphrase is important to know, as you may be asked by event staff to quote it on entry to the event to gain access and during the event.

  • This passphrase will change periodically when event rules are amended or changed.

  • This use of a passphrase helps us determine who has read the entire ruleset and the periodic amendments.

  • Attendees are not permitted to tell other attendees/potential attendees the current passphrase or post this passphrase online/via social media/messaging in order to limit using the passphrase without having read the ruleset thereby circumventing this procedure.

Event Registration & Password Rationale:

We have implemented the event registration and password system in an effort to ensure that:

  • We have an audited list of attendees that states their acceptance of our latest ruleset

  • That attendees are positively engaging with understanding and agreeing to the latest ruleset

  • That every attendee takes individual responsibility for knowing the rules for our events

We are not implementing this system in order to make events more complicated or needlessly bureaucratic. We have a duty of care to all of our staff and attendees and putting an events registration system in place is common practice for events that contain sexual activities. We make constant incremental improvements to our policies to help keep everyone as safe as we possibly can.

As with all our processes and policies at FIENDISH, we encourage feedback of all kinds. If you would like to offer feedback on the new Event Registration system or any other element of the event, please send feedback to support@fiendishclub.co.uk.
